I am in process of building a Granny Flat at one of my IPs in Doonside. It requires demolishing existing garage.
I will be providing the tenant a shed (around 12-15 sqm).

Can anyone recommend a good shed (dealers, sellers and price) for that size that would last for a while? Also, if you know any tradesmen who can lay the concrete foundation and install that for me, please recommend that too.

Update on this. I found a few trades who can help me with supplying and installing a shed. one of them is insisting on installing the shed on H4 treated pine base. He said it is actually better than a concrete slab. Its also cheaper. Pasting a few example photos:

Anyone knows if treated pine is good enough for the Shed.

I can't see anything wrong with using treated pine. The only thing you may want to check up on is whether or not H4 will shrink in the concrete footings (if they have tarred the footings this will also help prevent shrinking)
