    Hello all,

    I am planning to build a granny flat in Sorell council, Tas. Does anyone have a similar experience or have recommendations of reliable builders around there. I heard there is a long waiting period for building projects in Tas. I expect a reasonable price. The time frame is not very urgent. As long as it can be built within 1-2 years.
