Recommendation for Body Corporate Manager Brisbane

Hi - I'm looking for anyone who has managed to get 'good service' from their body corporate managers in Brisbane. A company that responds to calls and emails in a timely way, that distributes paperwork in a timely way, and that does as the committee instructs. That turns up to our AGMs (yes this really happened - the committee and owners turned up - but the hosting BCM did not)

I am finding that poor body corporate management seems to be a common complaint amongst my clients, and even when I think about the properties I own - I honestly could not say I recommend any of them.

Would be nice to hear if there are some good ones out there ...
