Recommend Sydney solicitor

Hi guys, am looking for a recommendation for a good solicitor in Sydney. The solicitor I normally use is unfortunately the seller's solicitor this time around

Would like someone who knows his/her stuff, is proactive, available, and does not require me to read the contract inside out for him/her. Price isn't the biggest criteria. I have been paying high $1k's which isn't the most expensive, but not the cheapest either.

Would use her service again if we're buying in NSW

 

I've got a good one in Sydney, reliable, can do a quick job. Costs $250 each time to check over a contract for me. May be more expensive than usual? Happy to recommend if anyone wants details
