Recommend Good B&P Inspection service in Brisbane?

I agree. Man some of those reports can scare the bejesus out of you...they have killed many good deals I think from people who just read it and got scared and then pulled out.

One of the problems is BnP inspectors are generally not property investors. So they can make a report 'appear' really negative' but when looked at in the context of an investment, strategy etc its no big deal in many cases.

 

Twin Inspectors is very good to me. They are so thorugh that during my last purchase attempt in Brissy, the vendor refused them to enter the property upon hearing Twin Inspectors, saying that they may destroy the transaction due to too much reporting. I ended up using another equally good one.

 

I'd prefer a thorough one to one that misses something (don't get me started )
But yeah, I think some of them also include some generic scary wording, especially the termite stuff in all of them to drum up business.
