Recommend an Auctioneer in Melbourne please

    Hi All,

    I plan on auctioning off one of my properties in Melbourne (specifically Rowville) later this year, can anyone recommend where I can find a couple good Auctioneers? Also does anyone know how much they charge, ie is it a fixed fee or do they ask for a % of the selling price etc?

    Undecided at this stage Andrew but would like to do my research now so I'm in a position to make an informed decision later.

    Does it matter whether I am or I aren't? Thanks

    Because if you're using an agent they will supply the auctioneer.
