    I have been with current PM agent for a long time but good people have left them.Anyone can recommend a reliable proactive local manager from Frankston area please?

    If not in Lil Skaters domain, then I’d recommend Megan from Mint Property Management. Very high quality pro active agency.

    I used Stacey and Vanessa from Ash Marton realty for quite a few years and honestly they were probably close to the best PMs I've ever had.

    Just moved my 2 Frankston IP's to Ray White Frankston and they have been good so far. Proactive and good to deal with.

    I reckon I can guess which Agent you are referring to re good people leaving, probably the same one we were with and left for the same reason!
