    Hey folks,

    I'm looking for an affordable but quality builder who specializes in granny flats/extensions/prefab homes etr to assist with a project.

    Looking at building a 20X5 granny flat at the rear of the property and dividing it into 3 self contained studios.

    I've got the go ahead from council for planning.

    Just need a builder with reasonable pricing.

    Any recommendations?
