Real every day although some fakes can look good. Some great surgeons out there doing amazing work these days.

Looks like real staging to me. Lawn is a nice shade of photoshop green though.

I agree- it’s good but a little ‘too’ good.

Inside sky shots seem pretty fake.. some of the furniture must be real, but some of the wall pictures and plants look strange to me.

To be honest I've got no idea myself!

I suspect some processing of photos to count for the crispness of the sky etc but I also think the furniture - or some of it - is fakeroo

My vote is 100% real (except for the grass and sky) and just staged to the max.

It's usually the shadows and reflections that give the photoshopped in furniture away. The companies that do it apply shadows but it's a fake shadow and usually doesn't adhere to the rules that would apply if it were a true shadow caused by available natural or staged light. It's usually just a darker drop shadow of the object slightly below it where as the shadows in these photos seem to ring true of where the light is coming from. The reflections in the floorboards is a bit of a giveaway too where the furniture is being reflected back.

Blue skies have been photoshopped in though as you can tell by the wet concrete and deck that it had been raining so skies were probably overcast. They've also used the same sky template in most of the external shots and I'm sure the clouds would have moved a bit while the photographer was taking the photos.

I'm going for fake - the edges are to sharp and the shadow aren't right, especially in the lounge room ... but ... even the bathroom vanity and kitchen cabinets appear fake so perhaps it's real but photoshopped (clarity'd and colour enhanced) within an inch of it's life.

Very well done tho - although it is, at it's core, a cheap, knockdown fibro cottage.

Those crooked pavers down the side are definitely real.

If I have a chance I’ll stop past this afternoon and confirm real v fake.

Looks real to me, just a lot of heavy photoshop. There's one photo with a fence visible in the window and the fence has that same 'cut and paste' look to it so I think it's just the agent's style direction.

Also if I were staging it with virtual assets I'd use nicer ones :)

My bet is that the agent has had fake teeth, rhinoplasty, teeth whitening, spray tan, manicure, hair implants, liposuction (love handles) & a lobotomy.

    I call fake.

To all those that voted fake...lemons for you.

All the furniture, pics on the wall, etc they are all real.

Looks like a reasonable reno job, but it would not be my pick of location. That said, depends on their price expectations.

Amazing! They must have photoshopped the crap out of the pictures to make real furniture look fake.
