    You have to pay LMI to redraw up to 90%.....

    The areas you are targeting have low CG.

    I like to make a 100k on my deals within 3 years....

    @Andrew H - some banks will also use a desktop valuation to 80%.

    Dont really have any interest in BA work at this stage. I do the inspections gig still which is going to look at properties people have sourced themselves and seeing if they stack up etc.
    I'd go a tequila with them. There'd be some interesting stories come out no doubt.

    Isn't it just the water usage passed on to the tenant. You'd still have to pay the other water fees? Just a small observance in your calcs.

    We have nothing on the dudes in "murder capital of Australia" (not based on numbers but most messed up). Are "the family" stil getting around @D.T. ?

    Great story - it is a free market after all. Seller's happy to meet buyer's offer, then it's a deal.
