RBA Term Funding Facility expiry?

    If you have a fixed rate loan in the pipeline to settle after 30 June or if about to borrow I would recommend rate locking it. Also if like me you have been holding off fixing some of your existing loans probably time to do so now.

    While money market rates will remain low the virtually free money (0.10% pa) the banks have been taping into from the RBA will cease on June 30. This has been extended a few times but the governor is on record as saying wont be extended past June.
