Managed Funds Rates on Margin Loans

    Curious what rates people are paying for their margin loans.

    I've got three rates:
    - Colonial 12mth Int in advance at 8.1
    - Colonial variable at 8.4 (just about to move, toooooo much) :mad:
    - BT 3mth int in advance at 7.95.

    All loans small, about $40-$60k.

    You can get a discount through Navrainvest with Leveraged Equities. And a further discount for prepaying the interest.

    I think I'm paying 7.8%. Can't quite remember...
