    I don't know how you keep motivated for so long fulltime. I'm just going to do what you did. I left the bathroom to last as I wasn't sure how to work it. I got asbestos walls in the bathroom and what you did would work good for me.

    Where'd you get most of your supplys from?

    @rhinsor haha, the worst part of this renovation was that towards the end the property got broken into and all my tools where stolen :( really demoralising. In regards to motivation well i do it for a living :) although i did town planning at university.

    @Gingerbeer hi mate, managed to get 380 for it :)

    @LifesGood yes :)

    @MTR planning on building two n the rear and selling both. Using profits to fund next project... i will do a write up once thing project is ready to go :)
