Quick Renovation Wanneroo

I don't know how you keep motivated for so long fulltime. I'm just going to do what you did. I left the bathroom to last as I wasn't sure how to work it. I got asbestos walls in the bathroom and what you did would work good for me.

Where'd you get most of your supplys from?

 

@rhinsor haha, the worst part of this renovation was that towards the end the property got broken into and all my tools where stolen really demoralising. In regards to motivation well i do it for a living although i did town planning at university.

Turned out well looking at the photo, I'd heard of the product but have never seen it used

 

I am impressed.

Would love to know what the end values, profits etc will be?? selling/not selling? Accessing equity.

@MTR planning on building two n the rear and selling both. Using profits to fund next project... i will do a write up once thing project is ready to go
