    I have some builders constructions quotes for Feasability study.
    I have drawings done up for planning application.
    Other than calling each of the below services/trades....
    Is there a quick method for calculating approx feaso costs for the following extras:
    Engineer - Structural
    Engineer - Drainage
    Fencing
    Driveway concreting
    Landscaping

    Short of either speaking to a builder or getting quotes, I think you would need to call on experience?

    Consultant's fees - 'let your fingers do the walking'
    Hard costs - QS budget like BMTQS or Rawlinsons or Cordells (from library)
