    All councils are different, but if you're looking to lease to a business I would suggest that yes, council approval would be required.

    On a completely separate note, that house is just gorgeous. I love it. (Aside from the bits that obviously need renovating).

    Yeah I could happily live there :). Just beautiful, but if I lived there it would just be single occupancy, we wouldn't have any tenants :)
