Hi Everyone, we are in final stages of settlement .it seems the first owner of property built a garage without building permits over sewer lines and this property has been passed on to current owner. Our solicitor wanted to confirm if this is ok for us ( if access needed to sewer lines council may demolish the garage and not accommodate any compensation) I think its a risk associated with the property but given the location and condition of property we are happy to proceed Your thoughts please Regards, Bala
They rarely dig up sewer lines. With pipe lining technology they can repair. Unless it is the sewer main line, that could be different. Congats on the purchase i say
