    hi

on the list of centrelink incomes that are accepted if person works part time where it says aged or disabled pension is accepted on list of centrelink incomes that are accepted for small loan if you work part time or guessing have a letter to say you can not work at all do you have to work for someone else or can you run your own business for it to count

not in any hurry to shift out the current home and live there permanently just need to put something there or have something there so council will allow you to build sheds then slowly work up with the said plans

whats the chance of banks approving loans for a block and/or block with shed and transportables built to lockup stage what what would you need to do to get approved for that and what type of loans would you need to get

is there sheds you can rent that dont cost heaps or cost as much to rent as to buy that you can work on things that might give you 10-20 years to sort yourself out

if anyone is able to help thatd be great

Lenders arent real enthusiastic about people of fixed government support pensions. These arent generous and tend to cover basics and leave little lattitude if something goes wrong. Banks dont like ACA hounding them for lending to vulnerable people and the property security may be all they have. If you had a significant amount to limit the loan they may but forget 80%.

Responsible lending is a buzzword they are held to account for. .

What does your NDIS support officer suggest to meet your housing needs?
