Hi all, for fixed term tenancy agreements in South Australia, if the landlord is a company and the property is being managed privately (by the sole company director), do the director's details need to be entered in the "agent" section of the form or can the agent section be left blank?

The form says "insert name of registered agent or person managing the property for the landlord" so I assume it would be required but just wanted to check with the experts as the director and company are related entities.

No, wouldn't put anything in the agents field. The director isn't an agent , just working for the company.

Keep in mind section 48 will dictate providing registered office of the company and telephone number to the tenants.
