    Dear All

    Apologies if this has been asked 100 times before. I have 3 brand new properties that requires depreciation schedule and am looking for some quotes.

    Can anybody recommend me a fairly priced surveyor? BMT is currently offering $715 each, just need to lookout if theres any other business out there that are comparable.

    Mention Propertychat as many do offer preferred pricing for referrals. Mention me and they may discount it or charge extra :)

    IMO dont chase a cheap QS outside the above. I have seen some reports that make VIPoo look like a good product
