QLD - Subdividing a duplex

    Hi everyone,

    I am currently building a duplex in Kallangur, and am planning to subdivide it and sell one half as soon as it is completed.

    I understand I would need to register a strata title, and there is no way to make both properties freehold? Does that mean both properties would have to pay body corporate fees, or this is optional? And how do I go about the strata title setup? Cheers
