I have bought a IP in Brisbane which have granny flat and main resident. I understand we can rent out main resident and granny flat separately in QLD. My questions are: 1. How tenants share their duties to maintain the lawn and garden 2. There are plenty space (concrete paving) for car parking at rear but only 1 car port at side. However, tenants can share the driveway and parking? 3. I will order rubbish and recycle bins for each tenant. This will not be an issue. Any issues which you can see to rent out a granny flat separately?
