    Hi All,

just want to get some advice from the group.
I am currently sign a contract for my investment property. In QLD I am required to get a home insurance for this property as soon as I signed the contract. Shall I go straight to the landlord insurance or just go with the home and content insurance first, and when I have a tenant, I switch to the landlord insurance.

    thanks,

4 week settlement. What's the difference in rates, $200? Even so that's less than $20. If you are going to rent it get the one you need for that. Saves changing.
