    Top 50 over last 15 years outside of capital cities. A lot of them resources based but that moving forward resources is an issue. Looking for roi on a real basis. Buy 319 k in hobart and cashflow neutral but been 8% year iver last couple. 3 of those v 1 in sydney. Sydney might require same deposit but cost av wage to support negative cashflow

    It was a great event.

    Simon is very passionate and a great speaker.

    Interesting just how many LGA's out of the 550 in Australia are still affordable.
