    I just tried about a dozen links from various posts you made and none still work.

    Doesn't matter if it's a username or link to their thread.

    I am using Firefox if that matters.

    The ONLY stats I care about is business conversions. How much of my time on here is converted to actual business?

    Life is so much more rewarding and enjoyable with ppl just sharing the love and supporting and helping one another. Sounds corny but it works. I've made some really nice and genuine friends on here. I'm grateful Simon has created this place to share stories, ideas and learn from each other.

    @Simon Hampel, thanks for running the forum and running meetups in the past years! Thanks @Shahin_Afarin for being an amazing broker, and thanks Mods!! SS and PC have got me to where I am. Who would have thought I'd be living in a bloody awesome 100+ year old sandstone house, with a comfy IP portfolio, making good money via Airbnbing, owning a Brissie IP too and riding a huge Sydney boom... 10 years ago I only had bought my first measly little unit!

    I'm thinking commercial might be my next move, which is not absolutely not something I would ever have considered without spending way too much time on this forum! :)

    With regards to the chat I'd like to log on more via phone but it's not so user friendly. Plus parhaps a box on the home page to show who's in there chatting now type arrangement

    If you are looking at commercial seems there is a expert/guru on this area who owns many CIPs do a search, very interesting read @Beano

    That's the kind of information I want to be hearing from our business members.

    I encourage businesses to ask new clients how they heard about your business - it's always useful to track the source of new business to ensure you're targeting your marketing in the most effective way.

    Also, if you're getting new business from your membership, it's easy to justify renewing :D

    Thanks for your time to post that Sim as i understand with a family this site would take up a lot of your time,,and the generosity from some of the posters with what they post each day with different investment strategies is priceless..
    The only item i would like to see is ,a page for equities traders funds ect and keep it all in one page,that way over time that way it would be perfectly transparent when one compares property investing vs the liquid equities markets,and like i said before well done...

    What operating system are you both using?

    I've tested on Chrome and Firefox and Edge on Windows 10 and Windows 8.1 and it works okay. I will see if I can detect any errors in the logs.

    Can you try typing in the exact same URL into your browser, but put a trailing slash at the end of it?

    So rather than
    HTML:

    Enter

    HTML:

    That's about the only thing I've noticed can cause problems - some URLs insist on the trailing slash (and I thought I had included that on all the URLs).
