TAS Property worth - Glenorchy

    Hi there,

    Can someone please provide me an idea of how much this property is worth? When it was sold in December last year it was sold by a owner occupier. The property is now an investment property and has a seperate bed sit and seperate level above as described in link below. The total rent per week is $600.

    Does the unit have its own power meter?

    I think so. Whats the price difference you reckon if there was a seperate meter or not?

    Its just important to be truly separate in regards to renting. That street is an average Glenorchy st. I find with joint units downstairs it's not easy to get long term tenants. 315K sounds fair. Low CG area really. But that's a great CF+ cash cow!!
