Property valuer for stamp duty- Sydney?

    Can anyone recommend a property valuer for stamp duty report in Sydney?

    How accurate is a valuation based on searches of the internet? Most valuers are doing online valuations because of Covid-19 but some of the info online has the property priced far too high.

    That's why they are valuers, experts in their field. They are guided by their professional association & regulating Authority.

    Which part of Sydney or are you happy to deal with a valuer from anywhere metro?

    Usually people complain the valuers are pricing the property far too low! :confused:

    Sometimes you would want a related party transfer at the highest possible valuation - to increase deductibility or asset protection etc

    Ok, the valuers I have spoken to say, "obviously you want the lowest possible?"
    I think I've totally misunderstood. I thought lower the value- lower the stamp duty.
