Hi, I sold an apartment which settled a few weeks ago in mid April. I am getting overdue levy notices for period May-July. I emailed the body corp back and advised the property has changed owners. They want details of the new owner since new owner has not lodged appropriate body corp ownership form. Do I provide new owner's details (is this a privacy breach)? Do I just ignore the overdue notices?

What privacy laws are you governed by ? None.
Pass on details if you dont want the overdue reminders.

@Danielt25 - has your conveyancer made adjustments for the strata levies whether prepaid or raised subsequent to settlement?

Forward the notices to your conveyencer, to pass on to their conveyencer

None of your business any more.
You could just write "return to sender, gone fishing" on them
