    hi guys,
Just wanting to hear any reviews from people who used property planning australia
Property Planning | Specialist Mortgage Brokers
I hear a bit of talk about the importance of having a plan before doing any sort of property investing and have come across this company. Seems to be genuine and knows what they are doing? Can’t find any mention of them on this forum however

Run by Dave Johnston, they focus on developing a property portfolio plan and getting the right mortgage strategy.
It isn’t cheap, talking upwards of 6k for a plan.
Wondering if its worth the plunge?

Mate many of your posts seem to be looking for the holy grail company/strategy/advice for you.

It doesn't exist. Failures can't be totally avoided but can be minimised.

Take the best bits from books/forums/networking etc, formulate your own strategy tailored to your life situation and move forward from there.

I think the best thing to do is Skin in the game.

    Than learn, earn, rinse, repeat?

I agree with you with a small tweak. Skin in the game after some education.

There definitely are some things you can learn prior to jumping in that will very likely save you money and heartache.

Not really. I’m looking at a lot of resources and learning from the ones i find have a good track record and good reviews from people who used their advice. I try to do a bit of research behind different companies/individuals who offer such advice and have to say have filtered a lot of them out after doing some research about them on this forum or elsewhere. I don’t think its a bad idea to do research behind a service provider before investing your money with them and wasting time if they are not worthwhile.
