    I'm renting out my house in this area soon. I'm moving interstate so grateful for any recommendations for any good property managers nearby.

    We just had Diligent PM find us a tenant with a break lease situation while we were overseas for two months. We didn't lose one day in the turnover between tenants. I found them to be friendly, helpful and very professional.

    They might be ok for letting only, but wouldn't use them for management if they have money issues like this: PM Issue
    2nd this. Always found Andrew to be professional to deal with.
