    Can someone please recommend a good Property Manager (with contact details) for Brisbane CBD apartment? Looking for one with reasonable fees.

    If this is in CBD, would it be in a Complex? Then there'd be an Onsite Manager?
    I would suggest to talk to the OSM. They bought the Mgt Right so really its in their best interest to look after you.
