Any good PM recommendations for an IP in Southern Brisbane suburbs?

Its a decent house within a desirable school catchment.

Also what are the typical property management fees in Brisbane?

    Cheers

There are a few boutique PM agencies on this forum - write so each and see who you connect with or alternatively see who calls you back and responds to your calls...

I pay 7% (Middle Park area) and my brother pays 9% in Algester. Similar properties with similar rents (mid $400's per week). I pay slightly more on the northside with a rental in the mid $500's pw.
I'm somewhat satisfied with the PM's but I'm sure there are better

    Thanks everyone.

I ended up going with @Andrew Hancock and I couldn't have made a better choice.

Andrew and Luke agreed to meet me on a public holiday. They did a very thorough inspection and suggested a weekly rental amount which was well above my expectations. A professional listing went up on the sites and within hours we had 2-3 enquiries and within next 2-3 days we received 5 applications. All this was accomplished when most other real estate agents weren't even back from the holidays. They ran all the reference checks promptly and the tenants of our choice have already signed the lease.

Needless to say - very impressed with their professionalism and quality of service! :)

From memory 8.8% including GST which is standard for Brisbane given lower rents than Sydney but you get very good value with MPP for this price.

The guy must have the patience of a saint watching all your public questions :)

Can I suggest you ask them direct, in private, and keep it to yourself if someone does tell you.

I don't mind, the feedback is good. Although I'd be more than happy to answer them in a phone call too!
