SA Property manager recommendations & av fees

Hi everyone,

We're heading interstate and are in search for a property manager in the Broadview/Manningham area. I've had a couple of quotes from a local Boffo office and a boutique agent, both came in similar at 8.8% + 2.2 weeks + $33 inspection fee etc.

8.8% seemed at the higher end of what I was expecting, but I would expect excellent service from both of the agents I spoke to which may be worth the paying the premium.

Any thoughts or agent recommendations would be appreciated!

Adelaide tends to be more expensive than other states for property management given the lower rents.

We use @D.T. for our Adelaide investments.

 

I use Judy Harrow Property Management – Professional local knowledge with premium service and find them very good. I used the trades that she works in with to do quite a bit of work and it all went well. Cost of management is no different to Victoria as far as I know.

 

Thats fairy standard for SA - most of the reputable agencies are charging similar. There's some not so reputables charging less of course.

 

A friend of mine uses Alexa, the property manager is Xenia who used to be active on here.
