Property manager recommendation: East Maitland (possibly Newcastle)

    Can somebody please recommend me a property manager in the East Maitland area? Very disillusioned by the poor communication practices by the current one.

    Happy to consider Newcastle property managers if they are willing to look after East Maitland properties too.

    Who's your current agency? I'm currently with Leah Jay, they're ok (still evaluating as I just changed early this year)

    We use Dowling RE in Maitland which is locally owned and operated and have always had good communications from them...

    Mayfield Dowling? I have Hunter Scott as PM. He's got good local knowledge in Newy. May be worth contacting him. He may know someone who is able to assist you.
