    Newbie here at the pc.. just bought my first IP at Kooringal and its been a heck of a ride.
    Do you guys have any property managers that you could recommend to me? thank you

    Im also looking for a NEW property manager in Wagga not liking mine:(

    Kooringal .

    I also have IP in Edney street:D

    Just bought another one in Tolland

    But not a good area for Capital gains

    Heck of a ride..? What happened.?:eek:

    Upon putting our offer.. our mortgage broker went sick for two weeks and when she came back she had to redo our application from day 1 and took over a month to get our unconditional approval..
    Vendors agents wouldnt stop calling us and both solicitors and broker everyday for updates.. i hope this is uncommon
    Luckily it got approved eventually

    How is the Kooringal market at the moment?
    I've seen some.properties on the market for coming up on 18 months :eek:

    Out of curiosity, without listing the address, did you buy the one with 2 palm trees out the front and a crappy brown kitchen?

    Looks like the prices peaked 12 months ago. Prices and volume look historically very healthy, market looks reasonably stable. Rental returns at 6 per cent. Not familiar with the area, just had a quick look at stats online.
