    Can anyone recommend a reputable property manager in the Maitland NSW area?

    I use Leah Jay and they have been good so far :)
    I think @orangestreet use Peters?

    Peters have been OK (compared to some of the shockers that operate in that area). Depends on which PM has been assigned to you. Don't expect service which will make you want to shout their name from rooftops. But they have been mostly reliable and solid.

    I have also used Leah Jay and they have been great. Particularly good at evicting squatters!
