    Hi guys

    Does anyone know a good property manager in Altona Meadows?

    I currently own a house there and I will have to work interstate for my job. The house will be vacant most of time.

    Do you know if I can have the house tenanted and just keeping one bedroom for the time I come back for a short stay?

    Can't imagine this would work.
    If you wanted to rent a house to live in, would you be ok with the owner coming and living in your house sometimes?

    How long will you come back for each time? 2-4 days? A week? More?
    If it is no more than a few days and only a handful of times a year, maybe you can try AirBNB?

    Nope, this would fall under shared accommodation and under a different type of rental. I can recommend a great property manager in that area though!
