    Hi Team,

    I am looking for recommendation on Property managers for my property in Gosford and The Entrance.
    I am having difficulties with the current PM and need to change ASAP.

    Any recommendation would be helpfull.

    I use Ray White Point Clare. They're alright with 6.6% fee. My property agents changed hands about 3 times in 2 years but no issues with the tenant.

    Managing yourself isn't an option? I'm in Sydney and manage my CC properties myself.
    Not all that much more work than managing the manager.

    I use Mcgraths. I believe they are now centralised servicing a bunch of their offices. But originally it was through Mcgraths at Terrigal. They are fantastic, havent had an issue with them in 5 years
