Wanted to see what are the best rates you have received from property managers?

What are the best real estate agents you have worked with in relation to property management?

Have you tried remote managers utilizing virtual tours (especially now with the corona virus) and how have you found them?

There isn't always a correlation between low rates and good management unless the agent has structured a low cost model without a shop front. I personally have experienced a great agent who has offered great rates due to long service and having a low cost model. I have also experienced expensive agents that haven't given great service at a high cost model.

Will the market see a new wave of low cost agents with the corona virus stopping access to our properties?

What programs do you use to manage your property if you self manage?

The rules of business suggest there is usually a correlation between Low cost and high quality

    A negative correlation

As in all stats, there are exceptions of course

Spot on... think about the economics of it. Low margin high service isn't viable. There will be a compromise somewhere.

It is a strange thing to compromise on too... I've seen PMs in the current COVID market recommend to all their landlords to automatically discount rent by 50% even if there isn't any hardship.... then I've seen other PMs work hard for their landlords to negotiate individual agreements case by case where required & warranted.
