When a PM lists a property for rent on say Realestate.com, do they periodically get an email telling them how the campaign for the house is going? ie number of clicks on the listing, number of interactions etc,etc...?

If so, what is this report called as I would like to ask my PM for a copy of the one that my house is currently listed for rent on. As the property is listed concurrrently on multiple sites, is this type of report available for all/others? If do, which other sites so that I can ask them.

Background reason for my enquiry - I have a newly acquired property that I'm trying to rent for the last 5-6 weeks with little success. The house is in Wynnum, QLD (right side of train track) in one of the more desirable streets, and approx 500m from the foreshore and <500m from 2 shopping precinct and 2 train stations. House is 3 bed, post war home in good condition, with newly renovated bath and kitchen, freshly painted and newly polished floor boards. Rental is consistent with other properties in the area, in fact we have even dropped the rental by $20/wk to get some interest. Since I started monitoring the "for rent" campaign on RE.com, my property had consistently more views than all other properties in the same price range, However out of the 15 properties I was tracking, all but mine and another have been leased in the area. 2 properties in particular, just around the corner from mine, were leased at a similar price, yet there standard was no where near to that of my property!

In terms of PM, I use them for my other 2 properties in the area and they;ve been great, but I don't know why this has happened with this one.

I suppose, I'm asking for help on what to do.....

How comparable is your property to the others you monitored? E.g. age, size, condition, location, air conditioning, etc etc.
