Property Investment book by a Melbourne BA

Hi Everyone, attached is the front and back cover of 'Successful Property Investment' by Cate Bakos the BA I used myself and can highly recommend. I have seen quite a few posts on here about whether to use a BA and which one to use etc.. So if you are still wondering read this, she not only provides lots of great advice but you also get a sense of the person she is and they type of service BAs can provide. She recounts her experiences referring to local markets and clients who I can definitely relate to. I've read almost all of the books recommended on this site and prefer local authors and just wanted to share this with the forum.
