    Got to get it first. Low ball offers might be to low for their liking :)
    It's 1899 vintage. The last owners shower was a drain in the back porch (enclosed) with a shower hose on the wall, exposed plumbing. Old bushy living the simple life!
    The tin walls and ceiling is amazing! It's a one of a kind

    Looks like you're itching to do a reno. As long as it's the right price - cheap, cheap, cheap - and you've got time for it and you know you'll get tenants for sure. Put in your offer and if they don't like it, come back in a few months. o_O Perfect for a tree change.

    Last offer I included a previous sale nearby and by the sounds of the agent their expectations have now dropped! Not enough for me yet though

    Love the old character homes.first job is to relocate the solar panels,followed closely by changing that avatar,its really annoying............................
