Got to get it first. Low ball offers might be to low for their liking :)
It's 1899 vintage. The last owners shower was a drain in the back porch (enclosed) with a shower hose on the wall, exposed plumbing. Old bushy living the simple life!
The tin walls and ceiling is amazing! It's a one of a kind

Looks like you're itching to do a reno. As long as it's the right price - cheap, cheap, cheap - and you've got time for it and you know you'll get tenants for sure. Put in your offer and if they don't like it, come back in a few months. o_O Perfect for a tree change.

What a beauty! So many lovely original features. You just don't get places like this anymore.

Please buy it so I can vicariously enjoy your renovation :)

Might be out of the race.

Last offer I included a previous sale nearby and by the sounds of the agent their expectations have now dropped! Not enough for me yet though
