    Hi Folks,


    I am planning to buy a land, but not sure if it worthy decision or not? Will it have any profile in the next 5-6 yrs ? There are two potential options.

    A. Rockbank, Melton Victoria- Cost-Low

    B. Leppington, NSW. (Cost-high)

    Will love to hear ur suggestions, experiences.

    They are 2 complete different areas and states so it will be hard to answer.

    I'm a little biased being in Sydney. So I would say leppington.

    Too late for Rockbank. Melton too most likely, unless you buy close to the station and shopping center.
