    Howdy!

I have a scenario where a neighbour is looking at submitting a DA to build apartments etc that encroaches our boundary ( a circular roundabout/road) to take a very small 4 x 4m-ish amount of land that would only ever be sidewalk of future designated road anyway.

I am not sure where to go for advice on how this impacts future sale of my property.

They have requested I sign a statement that states I am supportive of their DA application with plans attached.

Does anyone have any advice on where I can go for advice on how this could impact future sale of my property?

    Thank you!

It's a bit hard to visualise the situation. Can you scan a copy of the DA plans? Or draw a sketch?
