    Hi I am looking at starting a property development business, and I was just wondering before I start if there are any certificates or licences I would need before I begin with the business?

    I think I will be doing renovations, new construction and if I can commercial Real Estate as well.

    Buyers Agent licence for buyers properties for clients
    Builders licence, (if you plan to constructing structures)

    I buy, Build and hold them for the long term. I have done quite a few.

    I always use a builder to build. I don't build anything myself.

    I don't currently have any experience but I believe I will look for something cosmetic to start with and branch out as I go along.
