Where do you find data for house price, land size m2, building size m2, garage spaces?

Is there a tool that allows me to look at the median price of a 2 bedroom house on a ~600m2 block of land vs a 3 bedroom house on a ~600m2 block of land in the same suburb?

Can I see the median price of a 3 bedroom house with a garage vs a 3 bedroom house without a garage in the same suburb?

Is there a tool that lets me cut out a region via a map to find median house price rather than just house price per suburb?

Ah awesome, how much is it? I see there is one to use on a phone app. Can you download data into excel?

At what point does it become analysis paralysis?

Probably different times for different people. You don't want to be slowed down by data for longer than a couple months IMO. The data you work on begins to change in a couple months.

I had a look at RPData interface on free trial. Is it just well-organized data you get from free sources or does it provide more insights?

Does anyone have an example of the csv download they can share so I can see if it's worth buying?
