It's bad equally in Chinese feng shui and western science. Surely a T is more susceptible to a car smashing into your fence than any other house. And who needs headlights facing their house at night

Not ideal but buyers will be forgiving in good suburb. House on our street at T junction sold for 1.4 million 5 years ago.

Depends on the house and location.. we dont have issues with headlights or crashes.

i think so too saw one in 148 Mitchell St maidstone in a junction which sold for 551K but another one off dunedin street sold for 665K within that same month. Both same sized blocks. nearly a 100K off.

Haha . I have never heard of this but i can understand the car lights shinning in at night.
We live in a house on a T junction only house in the street with a clear view of the ocean i wont be moving to another house soon just to avoid a few lights.
No one can build in front as its all council tarmac.
