Private certifier South Brisbane

    There were previous recommendations on private certifiers for Nth Brisbane developments, but would there be more appropriate ones as my new property will be about 18 km South of Brisbane CBD.

    I would value suggestions for a private certifier to approve drawings and make checks during construction. The ones mentioned were:

    Bartley Burns
    Approvals and Advice

    Thank you, Wylie. This is my first development from start to finish and a private certifier who is able to accommodate the needs of a largely absentee owner would be of great help.

    I would see which RPI recommends for your absentee situation. Our approvals have been for small things (new steps, decks).

    Thanks to you and RPI for references. I will check all for their ease of inspection at my lot and see whether it also has a bearing on fee proposals.
