    One of mine came up a few weeks ago. The agent just asked them to come in and sign a new lease. They did. Phew!!!
    I have another one that was on periodic just gave notice. Will drop the rent 10% when I advertise, whih i think will meet the market. Fingers crossed.

    Things weren't good when OP posted this topic, but it's looking much more positive now! It's mostly business as usual for us, thank god, much more quickly than expected too.
