    Plenty of sales that dont appear on re/domain sold.

    Land sizes, frontages, owner names on map view (great for finding housing commission), for sale listings on map view in price categories by colour shading, boundaries to locate houses on dual titles... heaps of stuff beyond just sales history.

    They normally email your login details a day or 2 after you sign up too API

    WIth free data you get what you pay for. (well maybe slightly more). I have 3 paid data services currently and I find them all useful for different reasons.

    Correct you just get a basic version with API Subscription..but than again it's free so go figure.
