PriceFinder group - any interest?

    I've started talking to APM and just wondering who might be interested? It's not as cheap as before, if Matt's group is any indication then it's 3 figures starting with a 5 for 12 months. Could be more, could be less, just an EOI at this stage.

    Yeah there's always that option then keep signing up using your name, your wife's name etc and keep cancelling the subscription. Probably the cheapest option with a bit of effort.

    Yes. API subscription gives you 3 months free pricefinder access.. though last year their 3 months stretched out to 6 months. I think they must have overlooked the cut off day... that was a shame. ;)

    Working on it. Somehow they need >20 users to start a group so it's going to be a struggle.

    Perhaps get in touch with Matt from Small Developments to see if he's still accepting new memberships.

    My partner and I both have API subscriptions now, as my PriceFinder access had run out.
    The cat has now expressed interest in getting an API subscriptions in the next three months.
    That's how you know that property market is hot!

    On a slightly more serious note, I'd like to know how much it would be as well. I won't sign up if it's pricey, as I simply don't use PriceFinder enough to warrant it. Plus data of properties that are for sale is pretty outdated and the user interface is very clunky. Other than that, it's a good tool.

    Still working on it. Haven't heard back from the BDM for a week, might need to give him a nudge or something...

    Everyone will get their own login so concurrent sessions will be allowed.

    What is the extra benefit with pricefinder when realestate and domain provide the last sold and current market price estimate?

    It's simply a multitude of tools in one and really depends on what job you have for it. At the end of the day the tools are only as good as the tradesman using them.
